  Cuando pregunte precios para alquilar una moto de 125cc, el hombre que me estaba atendiendo me mostró una hoja de tarifas y me señaló que costaba unos ciento y pico euros por tres días, al mirar bien la hoja, pude ver que había otra moto con un precio mas bajo por los mismos días y le pregunte a que se debía, que si era una moto de 49cc o que, y el se limito a responder QUE ESA MOTO NO ERA PARA MI al preguntar el motivo, que si era por que era muy grande o que pasaba, el se limito a decir . QUE ESA MOTO NO ERA PARA ALGUIEN COMO YO, QUE NO PODÍA LLEVARLA POR QUE TENIA MARCHAS!!!! ( tras eso miró sonriendo a dos clientes mas que había en la tienda, por supuesto hombres) me quede pasmada allí, no podía creer que alguien el pleno siglo XXI me estuviera diciendo algo como eso, mi respuesta fue que era un comentario muy machista y que obviamente yo sabía llevar motos de ese tipo, pero lo realmente INDIGNANTE es que simplemente por el hecho de se MUJER el ya supuso que no podía llevar esa moto ( que por cierto era de tamaño scooter vamos no era una moto de carretera de esas que necesitas una escalera para subir) no se molestó ni en comentarme que tenía la opción de alquilar la otra moto, ni tuvo la decencia de decir que no le quedaban que ya estaban alquiladas.

  Don't use them! We had to return the first scooter almost immediately because we noticed an oil leak. Then the second scooter broke down and they left us stranded for 3.5 hours. We phoned them for assistance and they sent a mechanic after 2 hours. The mechanic confirmed that there was (again) an oil leak among other issues and the scooter should never have been rented out to us. We asked them to send us a taxi but the taxi never arrived and after another 1.5 hours and countless phone calls to them we had to walk along the highway to try wave our own taxi down. The worst part is that they took absolutely no responsibility for this. They only refunded our taxi fare after we wasted more time fighting with them the next morning. No refund for the entire evening they took from us and the inconvenience they caused. The manager actually said to us "I don't care". There are so many other reliable companies you can use, don't waste your precious holiday time with this company!

  Hace una semana, fui a alquilar una moto en este establecimiento; cabe decir que soy una persona de 30 años con 16 años de experiencia llevando motos, primero ciclomotores y mas tarde motos grandes.

  We hadn't booked car hire in advance but realised it was a necessity. Uncertain as to whether we would get a good deal, we walked down to the Binebeca office. The young man was very helpful, made recommendations about the choice of vehicle (ie smaller car meant no hideous excess deposit) and we drove away shortly after. The price was perfectly acceptable, we paid a little extra for an additional named driver, dropped it off the evening before we left. Would definitely use Valls again, only thing doing it like this is that there is a risk that there may be no cars free when you need one.
